3rd Annual Farm To Glass Cocktail Party

Fresh and Local...that's the cool thing right now. Add booze and you're in for a great time.

We are having our 3rd annual Farm to Glass Cocktail Night, Friday August 23rd at the brewery where we pair local ingredients with local spirits to make awesome ass cocktails.

A few of the drinks in the lineup:

1. Heirloom Tomato Bloody Mary - This is without a doubt the quintessential bloody mary. Made with local heirloom tomatoes (grown all the way in Chippewa), local peppers, and local herbs. It's the healthiest damn drink you'll ever see.

2. Soylent Green - Sells out the quickest every year. We make more, it goes quicker. We puree cucumbers and apples and splash in some delirious vodka for a wickedly refreshing beverage.

3. Habanero Mojito - Hot, lethal, a must have for hot heads.

4. Peach Me, I'm Dreaming - Pureed local peaches cooked down so all the sugars come out to play with one of its best friends...Spiced Rum.
