Think of a smooth Amber Ale with a hint of Basil in the background… delicious!  Don’t think pizza, think an earthy beer.

The deep amber color and crisp head give way to just enough hops to add to the flavor but not too many to overpower that Earthy Basil aroma.  Anyone can do hoppy, we try and do tasty.

ABV: 5.2%

HCU: 20

Ingredients: 2-Row Malt, Amber Malt, a pinch of Dark Crystal Malts, Cara-Pils Malts for a touch of sweetness, Cascade Hops and a healthy portion of REAL Basil…never extracts.

Availability:  Late Spring up until the Fall (I grow the Basil so it is dependent on how the crop goes this year!)
