It has all of the body you are looking for in a Porter, but the hop flavor you crave in an I.P.A. I toned down the smokiness and you will find traditional Pale Ale hops in this Black IPA.
Malt: 2-Row Malt, Pale Malt, Chocolate & Roasted Barley
Hops: Fuggle, Columbus, and Cascade Hops.
IBU’s: 80
ABV: 5.5%
This will be our first released beer. Hopefully will be in bars in January 2011.
